Trinity Repertory Company, the Tony Award-winning State Theater of Rhode Island, seeks a proactive, detail-oriented data specialist to join its team as Development Coordinator. The Development Coordinator serves as the lead administrator of Trinity Rep’s fundraising database, managing all aspects of and ensuring accuracy of gift processing and patron information entry, acknowledgement, and reporting; generates reports, lists and data to support development goals and functions; provides end-user support; ensures fulfillment of donor benefits; and provides general support for fundraising activities at the theater.

Minimum requirements include: three years relevant work experience, preferably in a non-profit office environment; practical experience with fundraising databases or customer relationship management software; advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; and strong analytical, administrative, and organizational skills. Theater or arts interest a plus.
